Model & Strategy.

Descriptor.

Amealiore connects recovery seeking individuals with on-campus therapists to empower, de-stigmatize, and make recovery more accessible than it’s ever been before. We aim to assist Mental Health Departments who treat students suffering from Eating Disorders with our upcoming intuitive software platform.

Problem.

Eating disorders rise from 23.4% to 32.6% in women and 7.9% to 25.0% for men on college campuses. Most universities are not equipped to support students with eating disorders due to a lack of resources, inadequate resources, or the difficult nature of eating disorder recovery. It should not be this way.

Solution.

We link therapists and students via a customizable dashboard that helps therapists better connect with and treat college students, and allows students to keep track of their goals, internally reflect, and reach out for help. The unique needs of the therapist and student are placed first.
